The location was perfect. In the middle ofThe island so everything was close.

No actual beach

It's very close to the famous white-sand beach. The staff are very friendly, and it's a great place to unwind. The bungalows are very nice, convenient, and easy to reach.

The restaurant staff were friendly, but the service was too slow. I had to wait 75 minutes for a dish. But appreciate that the staff member saw that and brought me some complimentary appetizers. But since the food wasn't too great, I wasn't returning.

Beautiful in every way. The rooms are exquisite and ours had a balcony overlooking the water. Lush and inviting walkways. Loved having the intimate pool and more rugged beach with immediate access.

There is nothing I can imagine that anyone would not like.

Heard bad reviews about this hotel, but we thought it was great. It was clean, the breakfast was good, plenty of choice. The location is stunning. We had a room up on the hill, very peaceful and great views.The balcony had a large lounging chair which was really comfy.The staff were really friendly. Would definitely stay here again. We are currently staying in Peter Pan resort, wish we had stayed where we were in Tolani.

Just didn’t have a beach

Beachfront villas are really gorgeous. Was hard to drag ourselves away from our terrace and that beautiful view. Gardens well maintained and very stylish looking resort in general. Beds very comfortable, with nice linen and pillows.Kayaks free to use.Beach towels, toiletries and unlimited free drinking water provided. Good breakfast choices. Resort car available for pick up and drop offs at a cost. Good moped rental shop very close by and easy walk to some bars and restaurants within 20-30mins.

Rooms are a little tired for the cost. Lots of gaps in the doors so can't keep the insects out.Air conditioning in the room was very poor but could have been just not working properly in our room (Hale 4).No direct access to beach, need to swim across the mouth of the river to the beach opposite, which is the beautiful Klong Chao beach. Was easy enough, just something to be aware of.Drinks very expensive at the bar compared to other resort bars.Pool very small. Better to swim in the sea.

Nice looking hotel, with beautiful views to the stunning beach opposite. Our Beachfront Villas were clean and comfortable, and we loved the outside shower with plenty of hot water. Staff were very helpful booking our onward transport and ferry.

If you are looking for a beach hotel this is not it! I am not sure if the beach has been washed away, by the work going on nearby, but certainly during our stay, it did not match the photos on this site. There is a beautiful beach in view, across the entrance to the estuary, which you can swim to, but several times we experienced speed boats passing so fast, they would not have noticed anyone in the water, an accident waiting to happen! If you want to enjoy the beach opposite, you need to borrow their kayaks, or rent scooters, as we did, as it's quite a walk by road.Breakfast was good, but one coffee machine for all the guests, meant it was in demand and broke down several times. The pool was small for the number of guests staying in the hotel. Overall, we all (two couples) felt that this hotel wasn't worth what we had paid for a Beachfront Villa, with no beach!

Staff were so friendly and helpful, with restaurant reservations, taxis and ferry bookings. Although others have complained about the lack of beach, you can still swim from the resort. Breakfast was amazing.

Very helpful and attentive staff, good location, close to many nice beaches, correct breakfast, complementary daily water and coffee. Lovely resort coffee shop. Complementary kayak service.

Overpriced restaurant, outdated house (rotten terrace planks, 2 of them broke when my wife stepped on them and injured herself). The resort seemed overpriced for what it is.

Breakfast is amazing, the staff very helpful and scooter rental was also possible.

Friendly staff , beautiful surroundings, lots of swings to play on. Everything you need. We even got upgraded on arrival on our stay.

In parts looked a bit tired and needed a refresh but we did go in low season not sure if this makes a difference. But overall still beautiful. Bed to hard for us but that is a personal preference

I recently stayed at this hotel on the island, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. First of all, the views are absolutely stunning! The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. You can rent a motobike for convenience, and if you prefer to walk, the nearest cafes are just a 10-minute walk away.

On the downside, there are quite a lot of insects. Unfortunately, there are many gaps in the rooms, allowing them to get in. Another minor inconvenience is that you need to cross a river for the beautiful beach. While it’s not always ideal, the cool water of the river can be refreshing in the heat, especially compared to the sea, where the water is quite warm.As for the price, I found it to be a bit overpriced for the level of accommodation provided.

They changed my room after the first one wasn’t my taste. Nice Staff gave us a welcome bracelet, helped with tour planning and organized a scooter. Wonderful Place simply peaceful and quiet.

The value you get doesn’t match the price u pay. So I was disappointed because I expected more quality and a higher standard of the rooms. The beach is only accessible if you swim or kayak to cross the river. A lot of sandfly visit me there to but of course this ain’t the fault of the resort. But keep in mind to watch for them. The restaurants quality is only average. Had one of the worst curry in my life.

The whole experience from being collected from our private boat, throughout the whole stay, all the staff were very helpful and attentive, nothing was a problem for them. nice chilled bar and pool area, very comfortable rooms and beautiful views across the bay.

To be perfectly honest, didn't have anything to complain about... maybe a little slow on making up the room after we went out for a few hours and came back to ask for it to be cleaned, but other than this no problems at all

A fantastic small resort with amazing staff. The location was great being quiet and directly onto the river and beach. The activity staff in particular where fantastic taking us on a great snorkelling trip, kayak trip, lots of beach volleyball and generally being a smiley presence. The evening view from the bar is a real treat

The hotel is very conveniently located not only close to the ferry (arrived on the KoKut Express) but also in a somewhat secluded areas near one of the best beaches on the island. It offers daily activities (though the one I wanted to do was canceled last minute), and free activities, such as kayaking. You can kayak up a river that ends right near the hotel or into the sea. I was able to walk to an area to watch the sunset, which was stunning. The room was comfortable though too big for one traveler (a queen and two doubles). I love that you get as much water as you need. The food at the restaurant was pretty good, though I ended up eating at other places after the first night. The hotel is also very close to a scooter rental place.

The cost of the hotel is substantially higher than most accommodations on the island, and for what you pay, I felt that the private beach was disappointing. It's really a short strip, and I didn't really see anyone from the hotel on there during my stay.

Overall it was an enjoyable stay but possibly a bit overpriced on Thailand prices over £160 a night

Had a few issues with the safe in the room and it took more than one visit to reception to get someone to repair it, girl on reception not the friendliest person I have met, could have been a little more helpful. Enjoyed our stay but think it was a little overpriced at over £160 a night for Bed and Breakfast.
